All support for existing orders, questions about products, etc is handled via email. Send your inquiry to email@example.com. Keep in mind that it is usually better to place your order yourself on our website rather than by phone. That way, you can create an account with your own username and password during the checkout process so that you can later track your order, see your order history, etc. If you place your order by phone, we still use our same website to place the order. There's really no big advantage to ordering by phone in most cases.
